All rates are based on double occupancy
A full breakfast & afternoon snacks are included

All rooms have private baths

There are many common areas for guest to enjoy, including a  
recreation room with pool table, games, and TV with over 200 movies

Large deck to enjoy the Animas River below, and the sun setting on the mountains with abundant wildlife

CHECK-IN TIME: 4pm to 7pm. Please call on your day of arrival, to arrange for a late check-in if necessary. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-in.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10am

RESERVATIONS: Advanced reservations are recommended, to avoid disappointment. A credit card is required at the time of booking, in order to hold the reservation. A deposit of 50% or 1 night's stay will be charged to the credit card, two weeks prior to arrival. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa ,Discover and of course cash or check.  Full balance is due upon departure. Guests are responsible for full payment of all night's reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

CANCELLATION: All cancellations are subject to a $20 fee. A full refund of deposit is available, if cancellation of the reservation is made 30+ days prior to arrival. Cancellation received 14+ days prior to scheduled stay, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days before arrival, will forfeit their deposit. Thank you for understanding.

Logwood is a non-smoking facility, with designated areas outside for smoking.

Children are welcome, based on age and availability of rooms.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed. A kennel is available within 3 miles of Logwood, and we would be happy to provide details.
