DURANGO
SILVERTON NARROW GAUGE RAILROAD
We can book train tickets for you. Our
guests will be allowed to board at Rockwood, which is only 3 miles north of
Logwood. This is where the train leaves the highway out of Durango, and
begins its assent up into the mountains. Instead of boarding the
train in Durango at 8:00am for a 9:00am departure, you board at Rockwood at
9:45am. You will return to Rockwood at 5:00pm, instead of 6:15pm in
Durango. You can sleep in and breakfast without the rush.
For best available seating, it is important to book the train prior to
arrival.
