Logwood's PoliciesRoom to room
communication to friends and family is made possible by dialing the extension of
that particular room. Incoming calls, if not answered will go directly to voicemail and directions to retrieve voicemail are on each phone. Local calls are free and for long distance calls, use a distance carrier or a pre-paid calling card is available for purchase via
the innkeeper for the price of $7 for each 100 minutes. In addition, there is an 800 number provided on each phone for long distance calls.

using the phones provided in each room. In accordance with the La Plata county law. Note: cell phones services are often limited and/or unavailable depending on the particular carrier.
Feel free to enjoy the entire lodge, with the exception of the kitchen because of the safety regulations. The recreation room in the lower level has a pool table, cable TV with satellite dish, movies, library of games, video games as well as
books, maps and other Durango specific amenities. For guests that have a TV/VCR
combo, movies are available and are numerical order and upon return, please
rewind the tape and return to the correct numerical position. Also, children
under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult if they are playing in the
game room. After shooting a game of pool, please return the pool cues and
protect the pool tables by utilizing the cover. Washer and dryers are not available for guest use and all utility rooms are
off limits as well. Upon check-in, complimentary water is provided, however
there will be additional charges for bottled water not provided in the initial
walk thru. King center laundry is a full service Laundromat located 1127 Camino Del Rio across from South City Market (970) 259-2060. Ironing boards are located on each floor for personal use.
A towel on the rack means "I'll use it again."
Breakfast is served promptly at 8:30 am, coffee and hot water are ready at 7 am [no early breakfasts will be served] and please notify the innkeeper upon reservation and arrival if any guests have allergies or any specific dietary needs (mandatory online notification). There will be a snack provided for the guests that leave before 7:30 am for early activities and alert the innkeeper upon check-in between 4pm - 7 pm if an early start is on the itinerary. Snacks are only available between the hours of 2pm and 7 pm. Trimble spa and hot springs is located 4 miles south on highway 550, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the three therapy pools and the hours are from 9am to 9 pm daily. Small towels are available on each floor of the lodge and please return the towels after use. Massages are available by appointment with a special discount offered by Logwood Bed and Breakfast. Contact info: Trimble Hot Springs (970) 247-0212. FIRE EVACUATION Top Floor Aspen, Durango, Fawn, and Mesa Verde Quickly leave your rooms, turn off your lights and close the door behind you. Then proceed down the stairs, exit the house through the front door, and calmly walk up to the upper parking lot. Wait for the fire department to arrive. Narrow Gauge and Cliff Palace Quickly leave your rooms, turn off your lights and close the door behind you. Guests in the Narrow Gauge room exit through the door by the TV into the back hallway. Both rooms exit into the back hallway and proceed calmly walk up to the upper parking lot. Wait for the fire department to arrive. Animas Suite and Silverton Quickly leave your rooms, turn off your lights and close the door behind you. Exit the house through the door at the end of the hallway and proceed up the stairs and out to the upper parking lot. Wait for the fire department to arrive. Living room and Recreation room Quickly exit the recreation room and proceed out fo the house through the door at the end of the hallway and proceed up the stairs and to the upper parking lot.
