Rent the entire lodge for your vacations, small family reunions, weddings, special birthdays or anniversaries, corporate retreats and other events.

• The lodge sleeps 16-20 based on group configuration.

• Small weddings are welcome. Ask for details.

• Full Breakfast is served each morning. Catered lunch and dinners are available upon advanced request. Call to discuss menu choices.

• Logwood is a non-smoking facility with designated areas for smoking outside.

• Reservations: $500 non refundable deposit at time of reservation, with payment up to 50% of total due 60 days prior to arrival, with balance due upon departure. 

• Damage deposit: Credit card number is used for damage deposit. 

• Cleaning Fee: $175

• Sales and Lodging Tax: 6.9%

• Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be forfeited, if cancellation is less than 6 weeks from of arrival. Thank you for understanding.  

	Winter Full Lodge: (Oct 16-May 16) $1100 per day, 2 day minimum for 16 people.  $25 per person per night over 16.  This includes daily towel change, linen change after third day, and full breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be catered for an additional price per person.
	Summer/Holiday Full Lodge: $1200.00 per day, 2 day minimum for 16 people. $25 per person per night over 16.          This includes daily towel change, linen change after third day, and full breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be catered for an additional price per person.

LOGWOOD FEATURES:

Eight bedrooms with private baths. 4 King and 4 Queen log frame beds
Phones in each bedroom with voicemail included
TV/VCR/cable in 3 king and 1 queen rooms
Full Breakfast served each morning

Common areas:  dining room for 20, living room with gas log fireplace, large 1700 square foot wrap around deck, recreation room with pool table, game library, TV/VCR/cable, video library.

When Logwood is not rented to groups, it is a Bed and Breakfast. We offer much more than your typical vacation rental.  It is nicely appointed, and in excellent condition.
